Individual therapy offers a space for both men and women to explore challenges related to self-worth, body image, anxiety, including health anxiety and eating patterns, as well as life transitions. These struggles can show up in different ways, whether that’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, constantly in your head, or overly focused on your body or health.
Sometimes it’s hard to make sense of why you’re feeling the way you are, or how certain patterns keep showing up in your daily life. Therapy gives you the space to slow things down, talk things through, and start connecting the dots in a way that feels more manageable.
The work isn’t about having everything figured out right away. It’s about building awareness, learning tools that actually feel useful, and gradually shifting the thoughts and patterns that aren’t helping you move forward. Over time, this can lead to a stronger sense of self, more confidence in how you navigate challenges, and a more steady, grounded way of moving through your day-to-day life.
