Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—starting where you are is enough.
3. WHAT TYPES OF CONCERNS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Areas of focus include self-worth, body image and body dysmorphia, anxiety (including health anxiety), eating disorders, and life transitions.
4. DO YOU WORK WITH MEN AS WELL AS WOMEN?
Yes, therapy is available for both men and women. The goal is to create a space that feels supportive, comfortable, and relevant to your individual experience.
5. ARE SESSIONS IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL?
All sessions are currently offered via telehealth, allowing you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
