Mindful Clarity values the therapeutic process and maintains clear professional boundaries regarding scheduling and fees. Reserved appointment times are dedicated exclusively to each client.
Clients are able to schedule appointments within the secure portal. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the client for missed sessions.
Refund Policy - the basics
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Counseling services are professional services provided at the time of the scheduled appointment. Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Mindful Clarity within 14 days of the charge so the matter can be reviewed.
Understanding the Refund Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

The first two sessions of rescheduled appointments will not be subjected to a fee.
